Mung Bean Pastry
Ingredients
Bean paste:
1 pound mung beans
4 cups cold water
1 cup/200g white sugar
Filling ( oil mixture):
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup/113g unsalted butter
Dough:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup /76g unsalted butter
1 cup/237ml room temperature water
Preheat the oven to 375F/190C bake for 25 mins
绿豆酥饼
豆沙馅:
一磅无皮绿豆
一杯/200克白糖
四杯/946冷水
油酥:
一杯/136克中筋面粉
1/2杯/113克无盐黄油
油皮:
两杯/270克中筋麵粉
1/3杯/76克无盐黄油
一杯/237毫升室温水
預热烤箱华氏375度/摄氏190度烤25分钟
