I have sampled this before but admittedly it got lost in the tsunami of Sultan Pasha samples (he has too many releases really..Sultan...you gotta streamline :D). I believe it was green-leaning on my skin. I've been wearing Dewaniya the most out of all the SP's this month, the summer's been calling out for it. Its great Sultan Pasha has sent you stuff for appreciation. Out of all the youtubers here, you are the only one with the knowledge and critical eye to appreciate all the nuances and micro detail.

Only thing is his customer communication sucks...he just doesn't respond to queries / emails ...on insta. / Site email queries ...so am wondering if he is just into creating stuff and not bothering about queries from genuine customers ! Maybe U being a celebrity ..he will msg immediately but not to us lesser mortals !

@@rajguleria3862 that logic would hold true for any mass produced goods. But when it comes to artisanal products, small scale operations coming out with exceptional products the customer is not king 😊. Those who really like his products dont mind waiting as long as they get what they want.

Yes his customer service is horrendous. I was giving his phone number by a friend and wanted to make a large order of well into the thousands. He said he would get back to me in a day or two that was a few months ago. So ill never be buying from a man who treats people like this.

That’s not true at all. I got a sample set from him and I was confused with the labelling. And he was with my on instant messaging talking back and forth for a good 30 minutes. Then he sent me 4 new vials to clear the confusions. Although I asked him he didn’t need to send them again. He insisted. That’s customer service.
