its said better to start with small doses? high doses right away can cause any issues? for ppl having serious gut issues?
@jesselwellness2 жыл бұрын
It is best to consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement. I can't give you dosage information without being able to see the whole picture of your health. Generally, it is safe for most people to follow what it says on the label.

I take a teaspoon scoop of l-glutamine every morning with 12 oz of water and 2 teaspoons of ACV all mixed together and chug it with a straw so the ACV doesn't destroy my teeth. I sometimes wonder if the ACV effects the l-glutamine.

It is awesome you are taking it every morning and I love that you use a straw to protect your teeth. I haven't read anything about the effect of ACV on L-glutamine so I think you are good to go.

Any benifit take l glutamine for psorasis treatment?
@jesselwellness Жыл бұрын
There is not enough scientific evidence to support the use of l-glutamine for treating psoriasis. It is possible that l-glutamine may help reduce inflammation, but more research is needed to confirm this. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4288418/

Hello. Thank you for your videos. Very much appreciated. I have a quick question. Is it ok to take L- Glutamine and Mastic gum pills in the dame day? Not together at the same time but in the same day. Like maybe hours apart. Do you think its ok? Im having digestive issues that mite be IBS or H-pylori. The doctors still need to do more tests and for now im taking Mastic gum and switching up my diet. Id appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Can taking one or more amino acids, like L-glutamine, kick a person out of ketosis? The goal is to continue on the keto diet and repair a leaky gut and poor digestion. Thanks!
@jesselwellness Жыл бұрын
Great question David. It is very dependent on your body and how much you are taking. For most people it will not kick you out of ketosis however it can. I recommend working closely with someone who has the full picture of your health and diet so they can recommend dosage.

Some research found that people with ulcerative colitis may not have enough glutamine so it may help, however, other studies say it does not help. It is always recommended to check with your primary care provider before starting a new supplement.
