Was looking forward to your take on Rochas LHomme 🔥🔥 And it has good performance I spray it on my clothes before bed and can smell the musky facets remaining the next morning it’s an awesome fragrance for the pricepoint one of my favorite blues regardless of pricepoint

Ya it’s fantastic. The more I wore it the less the background shower gel vibe faded for me and it’s more just a focus on those fruity clean fresh vanillic facets. It’s really nice and probably in the top 10 under $30

I really enjoy L’Homme Rochas. I like it even more the more often I wear it. I don’t get a soapy vibe from it on my skin. I get more vanilla, slightly woodsy with a faint fruity notes thing going on in the background that lasts about 7+ hours on my skin. I also enjoy L’Homme Lacoste Intense. The Rhubarb gives it a “twang” that definitely sets it apart from the other fresh fragrances I have and it’s extremely safe for work. I get 8+ hours on my skin. I sometimes like to layer it with Mercedes Benz Cologne. The combination of the two is really nice on my skin. The Mercedes Cologne adds a really zesty/rindy citrus and slight vanilla twist.

The soapy shower gel is the background blue portion of it that ties it all together. It’s not prominent but the vanilla fruity ness and woods are what are prominent with that soapy blue shower gel background

But it may change for me over the days of wearing but that’s just what I get from the first time and wearing it yesterday

I think perception for me is always interesting. For example in some fragrances there are top notes that 99.9% of everyone picks up right away. I’m one who may pick up a middle note first or never pick a certain top note at all. For example (brace yourselves) I have NEVER picked up the pineapple note in Creed Aventus. For whatever reason the way I perceive that fragrance, I get everything else except pineapple. I perceive the pineapple note in some Aventus clones like the Club de Nuit Intense Man “Limited Edition” better than the original. Not sure why. But, I think a video of how it’s possible that people perceive fragrances definitely would be interesting.

Seems like Lacoste L'Homme Intense has been scrubbed from their website/s. Not too sure why if so since it is better than the Lacoste L'Homme version in my opinion.

I have both, and have to say Rochas is the better of the 2. Smells great to me has that elegant smell, just wish it projected a little bit more stronger. Intense is good just doesn't last w me.

Ya see for me I don’t care how long things last as long as they work for about 3-4 hours cause u can always respray and most people don’t leave the house for more then 3-4 hours. They both are made to respray because of the price and are both great random blue pulls
