I made the same randonly one day, But i added jeera and musturd seeds in oil, red chilli , hing powder salt that's it. Withing 10 minutes ready. So yummy and quick and i ate with roti!!

Chef you can boil aloo cut them into cubes fry till golden brown then add red chillies, salt and garlic just blended in mixer, fry for sometime. Trust me you will love it.

I make this with baby potatoes without peeling them and use mixed herbs some crushed pepper. And sometimes with Indian spices like turmeric coriander powder fennel powder amchur red chilli powder. Both ways is yumm. But just make it just before you want to eat . Reheating spoils the taste
