പഠനത്തിന് ശേഷം അശോക് ലെയ്‌ലാന്റിലും ആദിത്യ ബിർള ഗ്രൂപ്പിലും നിരവധി വർഷം ജോലി ചെയ്ത വ്യക്തിയാണ് ജോസഫ് അലക്സ്. 2014ൽ തന്റെ സുഹൃത്തിന്റെ പ്രായമായ അമ്മയെ സന്ദർശിച്ചതാണ് ജോസഫിന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ വഴിത്തിരിവായത്. മക്കൾ വിദേശത്തായിരിക്കെ അമ്മയെ നോക്കാൻ ഏൽപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന ഹോം നേഴ്സ് അവരെ നോക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച്ച വരുത്തുന്നത് കണ്ടതോടെ മികച്ച ഒരു പരിചരണം വൃദ്ധരായവർക്ക് നൽകണം എന്ന ചിന്ത ജോസഫിനുണ്ടായത്. അങ്ങനെ ജോലി രാജിവെച്ച് സിഗ്നേച്ചർ ഏജ് കെയർ എന്ന സ്ഥാപനം തുടങ്ങി. ഇന്ന് രണ്ട് ബ്രാഞ്ചുകളിലായി 150ൽ പരം പേരാണ് ഇവിടെയുള്ളത്. സാധാരണ ഒരു വൃദ്ധസദനം എന്നതിലുപരി മികച്ച സേവനങ്ങളും പരിചരണവുമാണ് ഇവിടെ നൽകുന്നത്.. ജോസഫ് അലക്സ് എന്ന സംരംഭകന്റെയും സിഗ്നേച്ചർ ഏജ് കെയർ എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ...

My respects and great appreciation to Sri. Alex... My Aunty had her most peaceful days at Singature home.. She became a different person in one day after admitted there.. and went to heaven very comfortably under their affectionate care... Me personally indebted to him as Sri. Alex gave an abode to my Aunty, in her very bad.. almost abandoned.. stage in unconscious and sick condition... I wish the New project is a boon to the modern social atmosphere.... God Bless Sri. Alex fly, the Signature supporting health crew, and all lucky inmate brothers and sisters..

Can always recommend this type of old age home. Instead of keeping old people at home with good care. You won’t get good nursing at home. I have experienced it. But our people in Kerala have a negative opinion about this type of homes. Also money must also needed for it.

അലക്സും ഭാര്യ സിതാരയും ഇതിനെ വെറുമൊരു ബിസിനസായി അല്ല കാണുന്നത്. അവർ ഓരോ ചെറിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിലും കാണിക്കുന്ന ശ്രദ്ധ പല പ്രാവശ്യം നേരിൽ കണ്ടതാണ്. പ്രായമായവർ താമസിക്കുന്ന ആ സ്ഥലത്ത് അവർ പാലിക്കുന്ന ശുചിത്വം അടക്കമുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ തികച്ചും ശ്ലാഘനീയമാണ്.

I would like to say "Signature Aged Care" is a Home away from Home, its the second home for all those who need support at their oldage or when they are sick.. No difference from their own home, they get everything a person needs at this stage of oldage or sickeness, probably in a better way than it can be done at own home. It addresses not only physical health of inmates but also take care of the happiness of the inmates. All the best to Mr.Alex for such a wonderful initiative. God bless him, his family and the team.

I wholeheartedly support and offer our well wishes to Alex and his team. We found this care home after a frantic search last year and it was perfect. My in-laws were taken into their care and we are very much thankful for the services provided. My father-in-law passed away at the care home a few months ago and then again, their help in organizing everything was commendable. Here is a suggestion that I learned years ago from Reserarch into the death process. The gradually departing human soul wishes to have a smooth trip from this world to the next. Please hold the palms beyond wrists together gently once the process begins with some elongated breaths and mild hiccups. Listen to what the person is murmuring! Dear Joseph, god bless u for the services tendered to the poor needy and uncared for elderly. May I respectfully diagree with yr comment many old age home s request the inmates to arrange for home nurses. There are old age homes which pick up abandoned old age people even from roadside and take care of them till the last breath, funeral, according to their religion... TOTALLY FREE OF COST, irrespective of how many years they stay there

കുറച്ചു കടം ആണ് എങ്കിൽ വീട് വിൽകരുത്.. അത് എത്ര പണം ആണ് കടം aa പൈസ ക്ക് പണയം താമസിക്കാൻ കൊടുക്ക്.. എന്നിട്ട് സ്വസ്ഥം ആയി സമാധാനം ആയി ഒരു 4 കൊല്ലം വാടകക്ക് ജീവിക്ക്... പറയാൻ കാരണം വീട് കയ്യിൽ നിന്ന് പോയാൽ വാങ്ങാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. സമാധാനം കിട്ടിയാൽ ജീവിതം മെച്ചപ്പെടുതാൻ കഴിയും.. ഇനി ഒരു വീട് വെക്കാൻ നല്ല തുക ആകും
