absolutely delicious! btw - i just wanna say i really like when you speak in videos, i really like your talking videos!!! i love your subtitles on your asmr nontalking ones a lot too but your voice is actually really soothing to listen to! you also always have good stories and things to speak about! back to the food, SO SO SO GOOD! i could eat pita, salad and white sauce and hummus forever! the first time i saw a dead guy on the street was in chinatown [the manhattan one] on the way to dimsum.

If you ever find yourself in Michigan, definitely try the middle eastern food here! We have the largest Arabic population outside of the Middle East so naturally we have hundreds of AMAZING places block after block in metro Detroit. I love NYC with ALL my heart and consider it the heart of western culinary and the one place on earth you can tour the world of food but I will say they don’t have anything on Detroit middle eastern (typically of Lebanese or Jordanian origin) food! Get a chicken shawarma, fatteh (chick peas with meat in a yogurt sauce, and some cheese fatayer (cheese pies made with Akawi, a mozzarella like middle eastern cheese, salty and delicious), it will change your life!

yay, another middle eastern food video! bro those neighbors are hella irresponsible risking everyone's health around them, please stay safe. also, seeing the homeless person on the ground showing no sign of life seems so traumatizing...makes me happy about how i have a home to stay in during a pandemic. safe at home, not stuck :) random but when you mentioned how western people grow up having bbq chicken with sauce as one of their most flavorful dishes, it made me think of my class that told me multiple times how they wanted me and my family gone out of this country but what do i see at night when i open my instagram? them enjoying their morrocan food at a snackbar 😭 i get you, i hate the world too sometimes lol

could you clarify you said you walk 10 20 miles a day ive done a lot of walking and i walk at a pretty good pace i dont like wasting time id walk about a little over 5 miles and that took me about an hour and a half and that was on a good day so putting me in your shoes youd be walking for 3 to six hours a day is that right?

Hi sammie let me help you.. the puddle is baba ghanoug and not ganoush, mesaka’a is eggplants in salsa sauce so it’s basically red and you can see the purple eggplants, unlike baba ghanoug which is a mix of tahiny and mashed eggplants .. hareesa pronounced “haris” rhymes with “paris” and then add an “a”.. that’s not a pie, that’s “feteer”, pronounced as read.

Close but we pronounce those very different in lebanon. It’s pronounced ghanouj, there is no hard “g” in Arabic, only Egyptians pronounce it like that. Hareesa is pronounced hareesa. And fatayer not feteer Most of this looks like it comes from a Lebanese restaurant since there is falafel and manakeesh :P
