Thank you SO much for posting this. I received an airflow and had no idea what that mesh head thing was for. I couldn't find anything on their website to help me understand that specific difference and came to KZbin to try to work that out. with the forward facing position, my 9 month old got chaffing on both inner thighs :-( do you know if there's a way to prevent this?

Thanks for the review of this! Do you find that the mesh is delicate and the holes get caught on things? I am imagining putting keys in the mesh pocket and the keys ripping up the fabric, or it catching on things in the washing machine on other clothes? Maybe it's not as delicate as it looks. Debating between the Airflow and All Seasons.

+KristensDilemma Sorry for just seeing your question - I have put my keys in the pocket and it's been fine. The mesh still looks great after wearing at least 4x a week for the last 2 months. I currently own the Airflow and an Original. I do not have an All Seasons, but my understanding is that the pocket isn't very useful when the panel is rolled down? +KristensDilemma I own a Lillebaby for 2 years now, and mine is the old black on black AirFlow. We have gone thru vomit and milk spill and outdoor hiking. The mesh has not snagged onto anything so far. I have never washed it in the machine as I always handwash and sun dry mine, I would imagine that if you put it all into a laundry mesh bag like you would with delicates it should be fine.

Yes! I love my Airflow in the winter. We've switched now to the Lillebaby CarryOn toddler carrier and still use the Airflow style. In the winter, my daughter usually has on heavier clothing and/or a coat plus pressed up against me - we have no issues staying warm.

I feel like the carrier digs into my baby's chest (too tight) when forward facing - any tips? Thanks :)

Try loosening the shoulder straps. I'd start with the lower connections (so where the straps connect to the front of the carrier) and see if that helps.

Nice review but its dangerous strapping in with the baby, especially when baby is active. I can only use it when my husband is home to strap me in.

Does the mesh cause chaffing?

We haven't had any issues with it chafing. I'm still using this carrier regularly - the breathability of the mesh can't be beat.

I was moving quickly for the sake of the video (which got long winded anyhow!). The carrier can be tightened in multiple spots (waistband, chest, and both ends of arm straps). Adjust each to the personal comfort of you & your baby for the best fit. It's going to be a bit different on each parent and child.
