Originally, the word “chance” isn’t in the lyrics and the literal translation would be “let’s bet on the “slight” “.「僅か」literally means “slight” (it’s an adjective), but since “” is used, its probably hinting at something else (and also let’s bet on slight doesn’t really make sense). You only really bet on a chance, so I guessed that “chance” is implied here. I really don’t know how to explain this, I’m sorry😭 [2]言葉を吐き出す has a negative nuance, meaning that whatever “you” was going to speak of, it was going to be something bad/negative [3] Here the lyrics are comparing feelings of unease to teardrops, in the previous line "An overwhelming sense of unease", the original line is 不安に溺れた感情 which literally means "feelings drowned in unease", implying something like teardrops representing unease + so much unease that you'd drown in teardrops. Hence "I scoop it up, wiping it away" refers to the teardrops (unease) [4]i found 人の全て really hard to translate, it has a rather vague meaning that’s more of an idea than any english word. The best I can explain it is that its something like every aspect of a person’s existence, if that makes any sense 😭😭 If there's any mistakes, please tell me! I wasn't really sure about quite a few lines here, and I'm still learning japanese (just intermediate) so if there's a better way to express something or I made a misinterpretation, please tell me. Thank you! I really love the ephemeral vibes of this song (if that makes any sense) where theres a kind of lost yet beautiful feeling to it. Also really love the transition from running away and clinging to the past into accepting the situation and trying to move on(?) in the lyrics, it's really interesting. Hope to hear more Nakuru songs like this (or, for that matter, any type of Nakuru song). この曲は儚い感じがあって迷っている感じがありながら美しく感じるのを本当に良くてめっちゃすきです。その上に、現実逃避や過去に縋り付くから前を向いて状況を受け入れるように変わった主人公を表す歌詞がとても面白いと思ってすきです！！なくちゃにこういう曲をもっと歌ってほしいです！とても声に似合ってると思います。
