लोन लेते समय छोटे भाई का नाम छूट गया था अब भाई ने माननीय न्यायालय मे आवेदन देकर नाम जुड़वा लिया अब क्या हो सकताहै हमलोन नहीदे पा रहे हैं।

Arbitration ko ignore karne pe case civil court jayega phir lok Adalat jayega? But arbitration ke notice ka jawab diya to case sidhe high court jaega?

arbitation ka jawab yeh hai ki tum bank , nbfc ya credit card company se sawal karo ki jo arbitrator ( matlab judge is case main niyukt hua usska merit kya hai , ussne bank ke paksh main kitne faisle diye or grahak ke kitne , or jahan kahi yehi court ki prakriya hogi woh tumhare loan waale address se dur kyun hai aapne home town ya aapne district main aribatation ki haami do , Or likhit main do aapko aapke local aribritator ya aapke jaan pehchan waale judge ko as arbritator ki tarah choose karne ka nirnay de , itna sa letter likhte aapka mamla direct 10/25 saal ke liye 😂 Sathgit ho jayega... koi arbitration nahi hoga lakin notice ka jawab within 14 days kissi kissi mamle main 21 days main de sakte ek dum starting main.

@@rafikshaikh3899 kya notice aaya hai award pass hua hain , ya arbitration process ka shuru hone ka notice aaya hain , notice arbitration 2 baar notice ek baar bank batayega haan bhai hum yeh legal proceeding shuru karne waale hain , aap se pahele ya toh amount pay kar do nahi toh arbitrator se aapki property ya salary ya furniture attach karwa payment hum khud nikalwa lenge , or dusra hota hain , award pass hone ke baad notice , pahele notice baad aapko 30 din ka time milenga usska reply karne ka, arbitration ka process koi bhi aapke city main toh rakhega nahi other state main hoga , toh pahela objection arbritation ki location pay lo , or dusra objection arbritator pay lo , in sab se saste main nahi choota jayega , loan agar 10-15 lac ka hain toh sach main advocate ke through he process karwao agar 5 lac se kam hain kissi bhi advocate se isska notice "reply draft" le lo 500 se 1500 ke bich main koi bhi youtube waala vakil charge kar le or reply bana ke de denga ... reply karna jarrori hain , or sahi tarike se reply kar diya toh inki gand fatt jayengi , aribtration ki process puri tarah se hone main 10-12 saal lag jayenge , corona aake gaya kya bharosa jeevan ka ki aap 10-12 saal raho na raho toh phir tension aaj kyun le rahe ho
