Sir I have take 17 lakhs of mortgage loan. My father has no property or asserts. He gas a bad habit of taking money feom random people or maybe bank ( im not sure ) for his bad drinking habits . If something happens to him in future. Can some illegally ir illegally force me to pay his debt because im there daughter. Most of what you’ve explained is more or less correct but the part about settlement is 100% incorrect. I had settled 3 cards a couple of years ago but as of today I have 6+ new cards, 2-3 PL and auto loan. Also, CIBIL never ever goes to zero and you can most definitely get loans and cards, though at slightly higher ROI.

Sir , I took loan on land when I purchased the plot (purchase and construction). 10 months over , but now I am unable to pay the emi , The nbfc bank forcing me to pay emi , I am asking to give some time pay .
