Thank you so much May and Matt for telling us to not complicate things. We complicate things because its boring. I am not saying that we should not go and try other fun fitness ways, but thank you so much for reminding us Perserverance, consistnecy is certainly key

What Trainer Matt said is very true, less is more. Stick to the basic, practice make perfect. If squat exercise can tone your thigh and glute muscles why need different exercises that tone the same muscles? Just do more sets on same exercise. Their conversation said out what I am facing and frustrate with some inconsiderate gym users. Love their frankness and glad someone finally speak their mind. Saw some youtubers created collarbone exercises, I rolled my eyes immediately without even click and see what bullshit is that.
