Thanks for that guys. Still working on the L sit. Can now hold with one leg out for 15 seconds! Getting upside down on the bars could be scary but this video makes me want to try! Looking forward to showing my progress in your November beginners class in Liverpool!

Hey thank you. Frogstand on the parallel bars is genius. I never thought of it. Can you guys do parallel bar safety when in the handstand. Best way to fall etc. The bars I have to use are up to my chest. Scary stuff

Just wanted to say that the frogstand is an amazing idea, never thought of that!! Also, I cannot seem to lower myself down from the frogstand, I seem to just keep falling. How do I build that shoulder strength?

Glad you like it. Yes it takes a lot of strength but you can build up specifically with the progressions as we'll as things like pike push up. I can hold that bent arm position but i'm having trouble lifting my hips up. What muscles am I using to do that?

sir its easy to do handstand for me now, but the problem is, when i get little bit disbalanced towards the back side i can control it with my fingers, but when i get disbalnaced towards my chest side, i can't control myself with anything and the conclusion is coming down. Can i use my core strength to control it and how? PLEASE also teach us how to WALK on handstand position

It's the hardest part, you need to be able to do a Tuck Planche to have the necessary shoulder strength to properly control falling forward.

Can you teach a way to learn this move without the frog stand? Doing a frog stand in that height can be scary for beginners... A beginner will fall forward when doing a frog stand on the floor... let alone on the parallettes of that height...
