I took 200 mg of l theanine before bed and at night I woke up and was very active and couldn't sleep throughout the night, but it helped me lower my stress levels in the day

Can this be the reason why me being very introverted I get relaxed and talk way more than usual when I drink an energy drink?? Caffeine by itself or B vitamins don't make me do that. Thank you for your great videos, oh also Lithium Oratate is helping me stabilize my mood.

I tried L-Theanine for a week, and while I wish i could have continued with it, I found that it messed with my prostate. Don't know why, but it definitely did.

L theanine makes me feel very bad plus my dreams are extremely bad The same goes for taurine the lions main and holy Basil are good to go but then again everyone is different

Is 80-90% magnolol and honokol going to be more effective then 1/2% just as 35% withaldonides in ashwaghanda shodun will be more effective than ksm 66 or sensoril ?
