Hi I was going through so many different versions of making this dish on KZbin but somehow, your recipe is the one that caught my eye. I tried it tonight with some variations. I followed the part of preparing the rice and the end product came out perfectly. I used jasmine rice instead of Japanese rice. No soaking, no frying and the rice came out just as I liked it - sticky, yet not mushy. Good job and thank you!
