Eventually you have to make that decision for yourself in spite of other's opinions. You are the only one responsible for your happiness which means you can't live your life to please others. In some situations, living your truth will cost you a lot. You may loose some family members and some people who you thought were your friends but you have to decide if that is worth your happiness or should you continue to live a lie and be unhappy for everyone else.

No, "BL" is a disgusting horrendous objectification series made through the perversion of female people. We don't exist for the pleasure of perverted nasty women. This film seems to finally portray something so normal and finally away from either intense hatred of homosexuals or vile, perverted gay-male objectification of us from female eyes.... Just let it be.

To be honest, I really wish the world could change and people could understand that Love is so easy and simple, it doesn't depend on a gender. It is hard. Being rejected by your family is the worst feeling ever. The only thing worse than that, though, is living a double life - one for your family, the other for everyone else. I wish no one would experience that. It really eats you alive. Comments like your do help a lot. It's nice knowing someone cares, even without personal interest. Thank you.
I can understand you. You don't need to be straight in fact it's not if you are straight or not you have all the rights to be yourself and love whomever you want. If you care for someone, if you trust and respect that person's opinion and if you want to live your life with that person it's love. Love is love, no one can change it. Also if you think that you are not like other boys it's ok it's you just like what me is me we don't need to change or follow footsteps of other people. Be happy and love yourself ☺️❤️😇

I love when KZbin finally suggests stunningly beautiful gems like this song and its message. Kudos to the creator/singer/songwriter and the producers of the video. As a 62 year old Bisexual Canadian woman I some times take for granted the freedom I have in the country I live in. I need reminders to not take this for granted, to love and protect others sexuality and their choices in their partners. Be it a heterosexual relationship, a polyamorous relationship, a gay couple, a lesbian couple, any combination of a thruple relationship (be it three of the same gender, two men and a woman or two woman and a man) or any other loving, intimate relationship.
It's moving me when his parents was support their marriage. Actually, I'm not identity that the LGBT, but this song bring me a revelation that love is love, my love is same as each love.

Me growing up as asian I always confusing my self for who really Am I. When I was 20 I Remember the day when my Mom along with Dad want to watch a netflix movie and she choose “Call me By your Name” and it makes me awkward. In the middle of the Movie Mom asked dad id he was okay for having a Gay Son and he said “Straight or not ,i will be a dad who will accept my son not just because of his sexual oriention or gender identity but beacuse he was my son.” And guess what ,dad and my eyes meet and he said as follow up “We knew since you’re a kid, and its okay”and I was like cry like a baby non-stop lol.. My Mom and Dad hugs me. Btw my mom has a diary since I was a kids. And there’s a part of her Diary where she wrote that she was scared that her son might be gay and I was 9years old that time. Since then dad and mom talks about me and they always sensitive to asked me something like “do u have a gf” or “when u gonna have a gf” stuff like that. And they planned to watch a movie just to say to me that its okay for them that I’m Gay . Lol : i think most or all parents knew every aspect of thier child life, they just become denial and unacceptable in some other thing that they believed not a norm. Not because they are homophobic or something but because they scared for our safety , scared that the society will judge thier kids, scared that people might not accept just because they are true to themselves. I was glad that my Mom and Dad prepared themselves to something new for them. for understanding without confronting me, and for accepting me beyond my gender identity.

There are so many levels to this music video. It's about two healthy, fit, attractive young guys who are together in a relationship but feel the need to keep it mostly to themselves, yet the mother of one of them discerns its real nature and suddenly in an explosion of relief and happiness, they are accepted and embraced for who they are. Musically, it is in the tradition of modern Chinese romantic pop songs with a pretty tune that is simply scored for guitar and a few strings accompanied by matching visuals with lyrics that compliment the conception. It would have been nice to actually see one kiss but overall I can't fault it.
This is just beautiful! I didn’t make anything with onions tonight but I’m sitting here tearing up . Thank you for the subtitles and the beauty of their happiness. Much Aloha from Hawaii!

*For English-speaking viewers who would like to understand more about this video:* *Disclaimer and some personal message first:* - English is not my first language, there may be some unintentional grammatical errors etc, please ignore them if they are sufficiently comprehensible and if it's not necessary to be corrected. - This comment is not official, I do not represent any team related to the production of this video. - At first, I wasn't sure if this comment was even necessary but then I thought it could be more encouraging/inspiring/relatable/heartfelt/meaningful/impactful for the viewers who can't understand Mandarin by understanding the context provided in the video description more, especially since I personally relate to it very much and wish more people could relate to it too on a deeper level, so maybe it's a pointless and insignificant act for some people but at least it's somehow meaningful for me. - This video is a Music Video, it is not a clip or song of a movie or series. *「Who Am I?」Song's Introduction:* Let's use Love to explain the easiest but also the most difficult question -「Who Am I?」. 「Who Am I?」is a self-acceptance question anyone could come across at any point of their life. Everyone, to varying degrees, has their own uniqueness and idiosyncrasies that more often than not have become an untold secret kept in their hearts due to them being different from the sociocultural norms and expectations. There is no right or wrong about these differences, and so the people who love you, and the people who care about you, would eventually come to accept of you completely. Before that, however, you must first courageously face yourself, and accept yourself. 「Who Am I?」is a song created by the songwriter 凱文 after he came out to his family courageously, based on his personal life story growing up. The song describes the story of many LGBTQ+ people who have been constantly struggling with the challenges of being caught between their own self-identification/self-acceptance and risking to lose all different kinds of interpersonal relationships they have, under the pressures stemmed from the traditional family values during their life journeys, but eventually found themselves. Hopefully, viewers can relate to and resonate with the story of this song, and that the story could inspire more people to gather the courage to share「Who Am I?」with the people they care and the people who care about them, so that they could build closer and tighter relationships with their families and friends, in addition to them becoming happier and free with self-acceptance and then realize their self-worth in this world. With that said, the more people understand that many LGBTQ+ are also families and friends in our lives, the more likely it is to resolve the existing misconceptions and discriminations against LGBTQ+ people in the society, and thus more people would come to realization that LGBTQ+ people's love is the same as the average people's, so that true LGBTQ+ equality can be achieved. The first part of the song _(note: should be __1:30__ - __3:00__, if I'm not mistaken)_ is for our siblings and the people who we get to know at different points in our lives like classmates and friends. It's about how we slowly become distant with them, even though we used to have a strong bond, all because of that deeply hidden secret in our hearts that we can't bring ourselves to tell. The second part of the song _(note: should be __3:15__ - __4:41__, if I'm not mistaken)_ is for our parents and elder family members/relatives. It describes how because of that special secret we have, their concerns and caring in many ways have unknowingly become unspoken expectations and pressures for us as children and younger family members/relatives, causing the relationships with our family to be separated by a gap. Many LGBTQ+ people, during the process of self-acceptance, are often anxious about if coming out would affect and risk losing their interpersonal relationships, and so they choose to hide themselves. However, what appears to be a decision made out of intentions to protect oneself and the people they care, has also planted many seeds of regret in their heart and indirectly affected their life without them aware of it. The third part of the song is for yourself _(note: should be __4:43__ - __6:02__, if I'm not mistaken)_ . As long as we figure out「Who am I? I am who I am」clearly with our own answer, gaining courage would actually only require a change of perspective, and the people who really care about you would eventually accept the real you because they love you.
