My grandfather was from HK, originally from Wuhua. Moved to HK when he was a kid. Studied and worked in HK before moving to Malaysia. Passed away during the WW2 in Malaysia. His younger brother and family moved back to HK in the early 40s. Even if his children are still alive today, they would be around 90 years old. It is a pity we have lost touch and know nothing about our past.

Je suis hakka de Tahiti, je suis de la 3 EM génération née à Tahiti, heureusement que mes grands parents et mes parents nous parlaient en Hakka , le drapeau chinois était hissé à la maison, interdit de parler autre langue à la maison. Je suis très fier d'être un hakka , je rentre tous les ans à Shenzhen longgang. Notre hameau est toujours là ainsi que notre lieu de culte des ancêtres.
