Well it could be argued that since Sir did say that everything in our constitution is written on the bases of justice thus proving that any Law and rule that are written in it provide every citizen of India full justice .The question askes with reference to constitution therefore the answer would be C.

the correct answer is d... 43rd Amendment Act of 1978 gives High Court the power to have jurisdiction of any central law to constitutionally invalid. Both SCs and HCs have the power. 2nd point is false too because SC does have the power to question any amendment to the Constitution of India.
