Hi, is severance pay compulsory. My company has closed due to insufficient funds and 30 staff retrenched in a day with the process not followed. We dont know if we will get paid out correctly. Many thanks for your very informative videos.

@@arunaramlakan7131 if the proper process was not followed, approach the CCMA because there are processes a company must follow prior to retrenching
