Its actually glued with high strength glue and I think it also has spot riveting or welding at few points, so as a consumer we cant do it precisely perfect in rejoining it, so that ink will not leak out from sides, while in service, so once open the head is of no use.

How about if the lights alternate blinking?

blinking lights indicator. It is not the printhead. you must clean the roller sensor and your good to go. you're showing somebody a wrong troubleshooting. and if they followed you, it will damage their printers.

Hello, thanks for the comment, actually I haven't yet given any solution in this video if you have noticed, i just gave reasons for which this could happen, probably what you said could be one of the reason, we can even try that as first line of action, in fact its a simple task too (cleaning of rollers as per you if that worked for you) , for me that was not the reason, thanks for educating all of us with your experience appreciate it.
