Thanks! I was printing from roll and needed to clean head. I cutted the roll roughly and small torn piece got stucked in carriage. I resolved mine!

what about the white ligt it keeps flasing, do you know which strip is the one that contros the white ink ?

I was printing on the L1800. My 300gsm paper stuck in the middle and both the lights were blinking. I could take out the paper to i force removed it. Now when i print, all the print is fine except when it reaches the end of the paper where it happens again. Basically the print head hits the end of the paper at the end. what could be the issue?

I got a code that says fatal error after cleaning print head? Are you familiar with printer codes?

When I on my printer (L1800) My head is not stopping its running till end and one noise comes and then 2 stable orange light come. Can you help

I think your ink pad counter is full, to chk that u need to download L1800 maintenance software program and chk the ink pad counter in it and if it shows full or reading is more than what it should be then you need to reset it through the software. once reset is done as per instruction prompts in the software, your printer should work fine.
