Is it possible to use this strategy on a Server with: EXP:10, DROP:3, ADENA:3 ? I would like to create 3 classes and Programm a python code to farm, but the problem is the buffs only 1 hour.. what classes would be perfect: dwarf, mage, healer ? Because Max Clients per HWID is 3

Should be alright even at low rates so I would pick Spoiler + StormScreamer + Healer(EE for Mana Recharge+Shock resist buff if it's not available in buff book or you don't have mana potions.). The only solution to bypass the 1h Buffs is to buy another PC/Laptop and log buffers on Python code :). Also on some servers doing MANOR is a good way of making ADENA.

Would you reccommend start in the new server, o in old union?

100% start on NEW to make Talent points on your characters and items because it will be easier. Also before merge there will be an event on NEW and you will make easy EPIC jwls. But usually before merge you can buy cheap items on old Union since the market is saturated. Before the last merge I bought a lot of neolithic Splinters and books for Buff slots. So its good to farm on Union also since spots will be empty and build a budget.
