Some of the information about Huyan Zhuo's stacks, I got secondhand. I noticed that when I was just AoEing all the enemies down, their stacks didn't add up in the expected way. This leads me to believe that either that secondhand info is wrong or there's some sort of priority system going on where the enemies won't use all their stack skills at once. I'll have to do some more testing once the CQ unlocks on NA.

I appreciate that this event doesn't have a points barrier for the most advanced Nodes It's a pain in the ass having to farm on the less efficient nodes to unlock 90+ and 90++

For the 90++ farming with Oberon: My Oberon is 10/10/10, level 96, np 2, and 1000 in attack fous. With the buster event ce MLB at level 46, two level 10 Castoria charisma, and first and third skills used on him, he does not kill the second wave. Sometimes he kills the middle enemy, but a Castoria np, or a command card to boost his np strength he clears it every time. Not sure how that shakes out if your Oberon isn't np2, or only level 90, but kung fu Eli gives Chloe an np gain buff and an np gain skill, so she may be able to do it. Level 9 of that wasn't enough np gain to loop, but it was close, so maybe some face cards or using a CE other than black grail? But Chloe needs the AOE charisma/np damage up on my mystic code, and the level 100 black grail is already as most as I can get for that.

Should we avoid MLB-ing the shop CEs? I've just been farming everything with a full party of the red CEs for +70% point gain because almost all of the mats I want are red.

Honestly, I'd just MLB them anyway so you can run all three at once, especially if you have gacha CEs on top of them.

Finally my grailed projects are about to be put to use, I love my LV120 BB but until she gets an NP Buff or till the new appends come out she’s staying benched for a bit. But my god that Xuanzang CE is a must for me.
