Sir the house of the second question is situated in munbai so this municipal value would be consider as Net Municipal value and we have to convert this Net Municipal value to Gross municipal value . And we have also to less Light and water tax from GAV

Sir in q 13 municipal tax was paid by owner. Then how can we use it under deduction in LOP Computation??? And what If partial payment is done by owner?

Sir if in question Municipal Value, Standard Rent are not given but Municipal Tax is given then how to compute NAV? If anyone knows plz help?

sir I have a doubt .. you taught us that if the actual rent is higher than expected rent but the house was vacant for some time and then the actual rent received was less than expected but in this case we have to take the actual amount as GAV

no because in reality there is no vacancy in that question. house is self occupied for remaning period

Sir aapne q16 me actual rent ko GAV kyu nhi liya kyunki agar 12×50000 to expected rent se bada hai matlab hamari niyat me khot nhi hai. Vo wala concept lagakar

Muncipal tax is computed on muncipal value Actual municipal value = 300,000 For LOP , [ 300,000 x 1/3 ] x 10% = 10,000 /-

Sir in Q14 .When we calculate municipal taxes in LOP then why don't we divide that that amount into 50%...... Because in the definition its mention that if its partly Let Out Property then we have to divide municipal taxes also.... Please clear this doubt

Sir in case of tax on ₹51,00,000 we give relaxation on tax above 1,00,000 due to surcharge, but our whole 1,00,000 beyond 50,00,000 is used in tax, Like a person having income 51,00,000 received the same amount in hand as of person of income 50,00,000. So there is no use of earning extra 1,00,000 as the whole 1,00,000 is taxed

Sir namaskar Agar house property me partial vacancy hai jaise 1 apr 2022 ko let out and vacant hua 15 jan 2023 ko phir usse usse 15 feb 23 se let out kiya gaya us case me confusion hai IInd agar house property ko 1 apr 2022 se 5000 pm let out kiya gaya or vacant hua 1 October 2022 se 31 dec 2022 tk phir ussse let kiya gaya 1 jan 23 se 31 mar 23 tk 8000 pm rent pe to us case me vacancy rent kon sa hoga 5000 wala ya 8000 pm rent wala Agar time mile to kripa kre sir Deepak Joshi from pantnagar uttarakhand

there is no question where municipal value is not given but municipal taxes are given , question will give all relevant information.

Vacancy case me actual rent hi gav hota haa simple always * Dont understand niyat me khot and all always have to take actual rent as gav.
