Great question. Currently, we do not have an adequate technique to repair pars defect with appropriate data supporting good outcomes.

@ thank you Dr. mind sharing prognosis and limitation/expected quality of life post this surgery? Particularly for someone with exact condition mid 40s expecting to get back to soccer and surfing.
