Wow, this house would be $3+ million in any decent neighborhood here in the Boston area. One thing that is obviously missing is an outdoor shaded area for that blazing hot Texas sun. It would be ideal to have a covered patio that was connected to the house with a covered outdoor kitchen and area for outdoor dining. I would expect that with a house at this price point in this climate.
