She's not actually a villain. Neither tobita is a villain they are just Pretend to be villains and do mischievous things for fame. In the new chapter they are more or less good guys. If from the start tobita was doing heroic staff for he's videos manami aiba would still assist him in his heroisms. But they need license to be heroes. Something that danjuro tobita didn't get, but he wanted to.

I'm wondering when they'll return as well! So far in the manga, they haven't appeared *YET* much like Stain. It'd be a shame if these two were just throw away characters they have so much potential! We haven't even found out much about La Brava's backstory other than she lived alone and was depressed. Like where were her parents? But honestly I'm glad they appeared in the anime.
