This podcast was very needed. I never personally experienced trauma, but knowing that within our community abuse like that is normalized is sickening. I'm glad yall talked about it, and I hope yall be on therapy it helps!

I am very open with my traumas because you never know who is suffering in silence and maybe sharing your experiences can help guide them towards their own healing.I have taught my children (4&6) the correct names of their body parts and if someone trys to touch you in those areas to scream,to let me know and to always tell me even if they try threatening them.I had to teach my children these things at such a young age because of my own experiences.Most times when I meet people they always tell me their experiences.We live in a world where we need to be there for one another if able too. I love speaking to people and learning about what makes them,them. And this is for anyone that needs to talk message me,comment me ,you are not alone in your experiences. I love you all and pray for all you and your healing❤
