She's just marvelous, wonderful voice and dramatic stage presence. The stage direction could have been better with all these extras in evening dress standing around.

She really is a maestra! There are a few renditions of this aria by Joyce DiDonato on YT and though this one is excellent, I think I prefer another one, that with the orchestra of Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia - seems to me impeccable, at least her voice sounds nicer there. Telemaco200, and do you know the rendition by Julia Lezhneva? I wonder what you think about it. To me it's incredible, the most beautiful I have ever heard! She's a nightingale (usignolo)! Thanks for uploading this video!
