I love Schooner. I lived in Seal Beach back in the early 2000's, not too far from the water, so not far from the LA/Orange County border, which is where Schooner is. That was back in my drinking days, so walk there, do champagne brunch, walk home, easy peasy. I miss living over there. I can imagine how much my $1,200 2BD costs now...

Those tacos look amazing! When it opens back up you need to look into Jayde Fusion at the M Resort Casino south on Las Vegas Boulevard. We live close to it and you have 3 options. The AYCE Jayde Specialties, AYCE sushi or both, the Fusion, for a little more money. Their Korean street tacos are wonderful.

Suadero, in Mexican cuisine, is a thin cut of beef from the meat that hangs from the breast bone on a cow. Suadero is noted for having a smooth texture rather than a muscle grain. Typically, suadero is grilled and used as a taco filling. When cooked right, it's really, really good. In my opinion this tastes better with Green Salsa & Lemon , In Tijuana it's done with OIL on a DISC just like in this video ... Very Juicy ..... Thx for another Great Video .....

Yummy! Both of the breakfasts' look good, minus the crab. The only crab I like is crab rangoons. And maybe minus the avocado; I'm 58 & have still never tried avocados! Street tacos are small, but those look packed with meat! I'd definitely get some to go too for that price! I always like cheese & sour cream on my tacos. Bill, I like your shirt; my 40 yr old son has that sun label tattooed on his arm! I look forward to watching your videos everytime they come out. We've met your kids & Lisa's sister; are your parents still living; if so, where do they live? I'm sure you guys realize how lucky (blessed) you are, to have such a close relationship, you're so much alike; soul mates, it seems.
