@@juggernaut4453 You are right, the church is not like heaven, is made of human beings that could be the best ones or the worst ones and the private image that you are bearing in your mind depends from your private experience and culture that represent your book to read the world. If you are not a beliver it s ok the same way, you and everyone else is free to make its own choices. Desecrate a holy place is something else that goes beyond your personal thinkings and also the priest that allowed the recording of this video...should make some questions to himself too though.

@@juggernaut4453 Scandals are true and are linked to mankind not to God for sure, he simply leaves his creatures (the priests aswell) totally free to decide and many many people decide for evil (not publically like here but on your own try to think about that). Here and there, there is someone who believes (priest or not) and applies charity principles in the relationship with other people, this is the right picture of church but it does not make noise on the social and often is invisible. So if you believe in God but not in church, at lest, avoid to clap your hands when someone reduces the altar to a discotque consolle and plays music with smoke under the crucifix, because this is a further example of how God leaves his creatures free of being idiots whitout punish them immediatly (church or not church).

@@markhelifreak Music is a big thing in churches, choirs, weddings, funerals. ( at my funeral I may have AC/DC - Highway To Hell played ) I don't see the problem. I am in Ireland in Dublin city and we had bands playing live in an old cathedral and it was epic, the accoustics alone were amazing. God is a DJ and this is his church!

The point where it went wrong is when Slam asked the church and offered money to do this. Churches are in a financial crisis these days and need to sell their soul in order to stay afloat

Some churches in Netherlands are really beautiful, but because of changes in faith there isn't enough people to pay for maintenance of that buildings. That buildings are often historic, and law forces owner to pay for essential renovation. So I assume that SLAM have founded ownership of that building to priest for next month or so. For priest there is also another option to sell that building but there are already churches adapted to night clubs which is even more inappropriate. The funny thing is that SLAM may even be helping that church. But thing that is inappropriate here is using the same altar is as used for holy mass, taking position behind it, and playing songs about free love which is considered as sin, because it destroys deep symbolism of it.
