कैसे हो मेरे स्वाद के मित्रो, aap sabhi ne sahi javab diya ki yanha par pateele ka use Kia hai, alkal sabhi presher cooker ka use karte hai,lekin langar me bade patele me ya fir boiler me cook kia jata hai, lekin presher cooking nahi ki jati hai,jab bhi ese khana banaya jata hai toh taste bhut badia ata hai, aap bhi ghar par kabhi kabhi esi tarh se cooking kare , Haan gas aur time dono lagega lekin taste aur health dono ke leye badia rahega धन्यवाद Chef Bhupi 🙏

Ayurveda mai bhi kaha hai charo aur se band bartan istemal nahi karna chahiye. Usmai vaayu ya surya ka parvesh hona chahiye. Ab naa to roofless kitchen hai uper se hum cooker use karke dono pervesh band kar dete hai

Great 😍👍 Kuch Point Hai : 1 Langar ki daal Tambe ki deg main banti hai mostly , 2 Usme Kacha pyaz be dal dete hai dal boil krne k time , 3 Dale jada hoti hai to moth, maah , mong , dale channe, 4 langar main lasun bht km he jga use hota hai , main langar bnane main help krta tha to wahi se sekha hai , aur last point agar daal ko lakdi ki aag pr bnaya jayega to uska taste ek dum alag hoga 👍

Now a days we pressure cook Dal but here you have not pressure cooked the Dal, that's the difference I have found in this recipe 👍 You always share amazing tips. Thanks chef Bhupi 👍

Important basic - putting the chilli-garlic-ginger-tej patta into the dal at the beginning to boild with it. I use it everytime I make chhole, chana dal, dal makhani. It like making chai and gives great flavor.

Excellent tips thanks dal looks so pure and tasty. We use electric mixers and stop using stone to crush fresh or dry ingredients. The taste of Kutenai hua masala is completely different then grinding. You used that authentic trick. 👍🏽

As u also hinted before, any food cooked with great love and with intentions to serve God automatically gets a divine taste! Yes, the traditional way of cooking in pateela definitely helps....if its cooked in "angeethi" its even better.

Firstly thanks for the amazing recipe chef, being a South Indian I don't know much about North Indian cuisine. But my guess is that the usage of garlic and onions are taboo for holy cooking. You have tried it here for common practice sake . Thanks again

Hum Punjab mei sardiyon mei khaaskar iss daal ke sath makki ki roti choor ke khate hain. Desi ghee dal ke. Sath mei adrak ka achaar. ❤️❤️

I don't care for Urad daal but this is so inviting, I am going to make it this weekend... with ghee and, by volume, only 1/4th of the oil used by Chef Bhoopi. 😄

Simple and nice. Nutritious. You have made it the old fashioned way cooking in a vessel (instead of pressure cooker) and using mortar and pestle (instead of mixer grinder). Thank you for this wonderful recipe

जहापनाह, तूसी ग्रेट हो और आपकी अफलातून रेसिपी भी ग्रेट है.... जहापनाह मै गुरुद्वारा मै लगंर की दाल खाने सपने मै भी नहीं जा सकता, लेकीन आज आपकी वजह से मेरे घर पर लंगर की दाल बनेगी और सबको खाने को भी मिलेगी.... बहोत बहोत धन्यवाद सरजी.....!

Another well made video with lots of details👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 The fact that you have avoided the use of pressure cooker, is significant. firstly they don't use pressure cookers in temples and gurdwaras to prepare dall. Secondly in the method used to prepare this dall retains all the nutrients and flavours is very significant, making it a very very healthy.
