It is so heartwarming seeing teenagers dance like this. I feel like too many teens don't have enough happy moments in their life and are too embarassed to be apart of something like this, but it's so refreshing seeing them just let go. Amazing work!

yes... I was looking for a specific La La Land movie clip and this came up without me kowing what exactly it was. When it hit me is was a school putting on the performance from the movie it just pushed me over the edge. What stood out was the joy and talent and happiness of a school experience in producing something like this. My son just finished High School this past year and I can tell you that these last years in Pandemic learning remotely and all the isolation... made the longing for the old times so intense. Sad for the kids now.

I am beyond impressed by the work the camera operator did in this... Moving through a choreographed group like that is difficult to begin with, but to also capture everything in the process is genuinely super impressive. Underrated aspect of the production! I directed a short adaptation of Matilda last year with over 80 high school and middle school kids. I know how ridiculously hard it is to get them to sincronize and work together even for 5 minutes. The size of this production is incredible and is proof of amazing work and dedication from the students and their directors.

actually i dont think it was, rather it was edited to be, because there are some scenes where the location shift was pretty obvious. this just makes their work even more commendable for being able to make all the transitions so seamless. absolutely wonderful.
