So these are the references to the looks: To start, las ficheras was an era where the movies became into content about this women who were super sexy and they were always showing chichis to men who came into the bar to drink, they used this sexy burlesque outfits, but the main thing on this movies was that they were always selling sex, chichis, alcohol and thats why chichis are so important, also its important to mention that from this era, so many stars were born, they where known as vedettes, some like, Lyn May, Wanda Seux where popular and now they are remembered as the vedettes. Also these movies at some point in history became cheap. Now about the runway Wynther and Regina sell a look inspired on the ficheras, it was the classicall look Iviza: sell a look that was inspired on ficheras but she made a twist adding a cardboard writting on : "Si no va a comprar no mallugue", which means "If you're not buying it you better not touch it!" Raga Diamante did a classical and sofisticated look, she gave toxico and veneno popcorn cause that was a classical scene on movies. Huntyy B gave us chichis (note: on the ficheras movies the vedettes always showed chichis without the bra) Mista Boo: did the classical dance of the era. Rudy did rumberas era, which was not the assignment :( even though here performance was so cool Stupid Drag did it good but it wasnt enough for the judges, and that wig style was also appeared at some movies Aviesc did chichis literally, all the way you looked it was chichis, and thats what the men wanted to see.... always and everywhere. Madison did an impersonation of Lyn May and the classical face she has nowadays, it was good but the judgues tought it wasnt the assigment cause it was your own interpretation on ficheras, not impersonations on ficheras Luna Lansman did a famous woman that was important on the era and was on so many ficheras movies, she did Carmen Salinas, and the thing about her first outfit its that she embody the essence of carmen, doing someone who was not sexy at all on those days, but Carmen was so iconic and well remembered, and then luna made a twist doing a classical ficheras look. Memo as a bioking did the classical look of a señor (old man) that went to the bar to see women dancing and getting horny.

Let me explain to you some that I got: ❤ Luna is portraying Carmen Salinas, an actress from that era who didn't quite be similar to the another actress, dancers and vedettes, that's why no one takes her coin(ficha). ❤ Iviza gave fichas (coins) to the judges so they can contrat her goods. Also, her paper said "si no compra, no mallugue" that's a common phrase in the street markets where they sell fruit, it could be understood as "if you're not buying, don't harm the fruit", with that she meant "if you're not buying my services, then stop touching". ❤ Madison was portraying Lyn May, a dancer and vedette who went under surgery and that ended up ruining her face. Many people back then and nowadays have mocked on her, but as Madison explained herself: she was doing an homage to her. ❤ Rudy was, almost, in las menos cause she picked rumbera instead fichera. Until this episode I had no idea they where totally different eras. Also, a Fichera is more like a side girl who made men pay for many luxuries in the establishment they were working, a Rumbera is more like a dancer and entretainer.

Ok I'm far from being a ficheras movie expert but I can tell you mixing up ficheras, vedettes and rumberas was the reason several drag queens received harsh critiques in this episode. A "fichera" was some kind of a scort at the night clubs, she would dance with you and keep you company as long as you kept buying drinks. Sometimes they would also work as prostitutes. The ficheras movies depicted this decadent lifestyle alongside explicit nudity and a lot of comedy and double entendres, hence Memo's interpretation of the type of men who would star in the movies and Aviesc's outfit. The films would often be low budget and include music numbers and variety shows performed by showgirls called "vedettes" who were pretty similar to the "rumberas" from the 40s and 50s movies. Rumberas would frequently exoticize their look after the latin music they danced to, think of them as a Carmen Miranda but with a mexican twist. I recommend you guys a documentary from 2016 called Bellas de noche (named after the first ficheras movie), it shows five of the biggest stars from that time, how they live nowadays in contrast with the peak of their fame.

The reason they sent Rudy to the bottom was because she was more of a Rumbera/Vedette which was like a Showgirl and the Ficheras weren't the showgirls at the clubs/bars, they were just like the waitresses who lured men into buying more drinks. So that's why they sent her to the bottom cuz they were like you got the concept all wrong. But to be fair, Mr. Jhonny Carmona had them a little confused with his description of a Fichera, it wasn't all his fault, but he did confuse them a little.

OK, so this is what happened, Rudy didn't showed a fichera, she was a rumbera... In the show they explained that there are multiples branches, burlesque, vedette (like Niurka), fichera and rumbera. The fichera was the pretty lady that made the guys buy more drinks and spend more money and the rumbera was on stage dancing and entertaining them... I didn't knew the difference between rumbera and fichera either, I understand why Rudy misunderstood the concept, but that's why she ended up in the bottom.

A lot of people were maaaaaad about Huntty and Rudy being in the bottom, Rudy was there because the judges believed she gave more of a rumbera (like a dancer or a showgirl) than a fichera, she did great but did not fulfill what the challenge was about. Madison was impersonating Lyn May, an iconic fichera and Luna's first outfit was an impersonation of Carmen Salinas, who was not a fichera but was an actress in the movie "Bellas de Noche". Mista Boo said she wanted to remain true to her drag, that is why she did what she did, the judges liked it but they said she was too scared. And Memo as a drag bioking was also really worried about this category since he doesn't portray femininity, that is why he dressed as an old guy who clearly loved to attend to the cabarets. Fyi, if you notice people calling Regina "Vale" is because she used to impersonate Valentina from RPDR, actually she got called out by Johnny in the first episode because of the resemblance in her makeup.

In fact Luna was the closest to a fichera, the drunk server who fetches the fichas for drinks from clients. This challenge to be honest should have been show girl or vedette, cause a fichera is really hard to do when they all want to look like show girls. Luna did her reveals because a fichera who wanted to be on stage would eventually through time transition into it doing little gigs if she could dance. But a fichera in its old school essence is not a performer.

To summarize the drama. Mista was complaining that the room was a mess because the others would keep things (wings, items, wigs) on the floor and not bother to clean and that she would do the best to keep the space clean. She also complained that others would take stuff out that wasn't theirs from shelves and not put them back, keep them on the floor or put them elsewhere (which was why Madison was crying because she said some of her stuff is missing). Some of the others didn't like how mad she got or how she was asking them to clean after themselves. Mista said she had asked three times already and couldn't take it more. Some of them did agree and that's why they defended her and got angry towards the others. While the ones who disagree said that Mista was just too angry and rude. When it comes to stupiddrag, she loves to sleep and apparently has been sleeping in the middle of the room (or in a space where everybody walks) several times and they complained that it was bothersome to walk around her all the time.

Here's the full T about the fight in case you guys still have doubts: Mista says that its been 3 weeks now since she first mentioned that everyone should have a better organization with their stuff but no one ever listened, so by this point she HAS HAD IT. OFFICIALLY. She mentions that Raga's box should not be in the dressing room since everyone has all their boxes in another room, to which Raga replies that she has most of her stuff in that box and she takes the outfits she's going to wear every week out of that box, and since everyone else also changes in the dressing room she should be able to have her box there. People moving stuff that is not theirs without asking is also part of the problem, i.e. Mista's outfit on the floor that Hunty moved because "it was out of place" and Memo mentions that someone broke the head piece he wore last episode. Cut to everyone ganging up against Stupidrag since she was laying down (not the first time). Mista, Luna, Memo and other queens mention that Stupi has been sleeping on the floor a lot, and blocking some space for the other to move freely. After this everything turns into chaos, Stupi gets up and they just start going back and forth at each other. Turns out, none of them are from Brooklyn (Stupi says this for some reason in the fight), Valentina...I mean Regina gets in, tellin Mista that she cannot attack anyone cause she moved her station in front of a full length mirror everyone should use when nobody asked her to do that, to which Mista replied that she moved because she wanted to give her more space since she noticed some of Regina's stuff were already taking up more space in the makeup station. Ibiza is tired of all the fight and she starts yelling, "everyone should just be more respectful for each other and their stuff, be more organized, and if someone is going to move something that's not their own, they should ask the owner before instead of just moving/throwing it". Everything culminates with Madison now mentioning that everyone should have more respect and that some of her feathers and jewelry (it think) are missing, and that she did not expect someone stealing in this cast. Everyone is shocked by the comment and accusation and looks like everything comes down to the lack of organization everyone has. The queens then tell Madison that they can help with fabric, stones, feathers and sewing in case she needs it and that they'll eventually find who's responsible for the things missing. Wynter, who was eating pineapple the whole fight, finally speaks up at tells everyone to shut up, eat some pineapple and move their shit, SHE'S DONE.

Hey guys just FYI the show does a cool thing were a day after each episode airs they put "bonus content" were they get the eliminated queens to walked the runway and show the outfit they would've wore for that week so they still get to show it for the audience even if it's not for the main show. So if your interested you should totally watch those. It is cool to see what your favorite would've look and do if they were to stay

I'm not sure if someone has mentioned this yet, but they were called ficheras because they would get fichas (similar to casino chips) by teasing men at bars (sexually). They were not part of the show, that was the job of the vedettes; ficheras instead, would make men drink or consume, so ficheras would get a percentage $ from it. So their job was to look sexy and be entertaining.
