Those places you mention torrevieja, guadamar, etc are much cheaper and higher density than la manga club. These are holiday homes for wealthy people. They don’t live here year round

There are LOADS of people living permanently on La Manga Club. Estate Agents we spoke with reckon at least 50% are permanent residents.

We stayed at La Manga club last year whilst house hunting. I have to say, really is quite run down compared to other golf resorts. We finally bought at Roda Golf. Not as many facilities but much, much nicer and only 5 mins from Los Alcazares. La Manga Club is hugely overrated and has had its day.
