Good area, just be careful with your 'solicitor' to represent your buy. Make sure they are properly qualified and have Indemnity insurance. If they don't show you their qualifications, walk away. Good luck.

I bought a 2 bed corner plot there in 2002 off-plan, when it was called Entre Naranjos and there was virtually nothing there. Cost me £65000. Kept it for 8 years and sold it when the credit crunch hit. I still go back quite often and rent an apartment there. Used to have breakfast in Mickey's Bar and have been known to stay there all day, talking to people!

Streets look a lot cleaner, I lived there a decade ago when Iceland was still open and had a café next to it before Aldi got there, the place is not my cup of tea but still its vibrant and has plenty to offer, the Indian store next to the bus station is good for spices - used to be and likely still is a bit pricy compared major markets but has everything you can want for authentic Indian dishes. Alicante and Murcia airports are convenient for UK visitors. The toilets look a bit mad lol, a lot of work seems to have been done on the promenade. I may have to take a visit sometime, meantime I´m happy in the mountains above Malaga. Just thought to comment keep the algo happy :) thanks.

One spot the firms like to find a scratch is under the front bumper. Also wheel covers are often excluded from insurance. I found Goldcar to be good last time over-especially their key and go service. Be warned though, the Junta has imposed a 76 Euro tax on the bill to pick the car up at the airport!

Where is a good city that has the best train to everywhere, including the rest of the EU? Thanks in advance. I would likely not own a vehicle, except a small two week electric scooter or bike and try to catch a train everywhere for travel and leisure where I can also bring the bike or scooter along and use when I get there.
