La Mesa Eco Park Renovation Details
Location: Lamesa Dam Compound, Greater Lagro, Quezon City, 1109
Renovation Phases:
Phase 1: Initial reopening of the park in February 2024. This phase included basic maintenance and the introduction of new facilities2.
Phase 2: Development of new trails and visitor areas, including the opening of the Mini Forest Trail (1.5 kilometers) in November 2024.
Phase 3: Ongoing efforts to clear areas, maintain facilities, and rehabilitate the eco-park. This phase includes the rehabilitation of the La Mesa Nature Reserve, which is still under the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS)3.
Management: The park is now managed by the Manila Water Foundation in collaboration with the Quezon City Local Government.
Activities:
Mini Forest Trail: A 1.5-kilometer loop home to rare bird species and other wildlife.
Nature Treks and Trail Biking: Allowed in designated areas.
Picnics and Relaxation: Visitors can enjoy lush green forests and tree-lined roads.
Visiting Hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors must book their slots online, with a limit of 1,000 pre-booked slots per day3.
Campaign: The park is part of the BiodiverCity campaign, promoting environmental awareness and conservation

hello po, nag book po kami ng reservation online, tas nakalagay po ron is 11am-12pm. ask lang po if ibig sabihin po ba non ay limited lang po ba ng 1 hour ang pag bisita po dyan sa loob ng eco park? or hindi naman po

Hi po, noong pumunta po ako 2 weeks ago. Wala naman pong time limit yung pag stay sa eco park. Hangang open pa pos sila pwdeng mag stay.
