I lived in Corpus Christi in 2008 and I remember the renovations. I would window shop when it was the PS Mall. One day I went in and there were brand new escalators installed, but not yet functional.

The mall really should have added an Apple store! I would live there if they had one!!

I never understood why everyone hates this mall even back when it was Padre Staples other than back in the 90s sunrise was jumping alot more. But still people should be glad that they have a nice mall and it looks a whole hell of alot better than the old and sunrise abandoned nowadays as you can see. I think they're doing a great thing at this mall and it looks very modern and very nice.
