I worked as an usher as a teen there for 4 years, 1812 overture with fireworks and two cannons still gives me tingles!

I grew up with listening this overture among others like Poet and Peasant, Light Cavalry and Semiramide and well... countless, but this 1812 is my favorite. I love it. Now my little son loves it too; he is just 3 yrs old. Last May we visited my countryside hometown, a place of musicians, two bands were playing and at the end both joined to play this great overture. My son wanted to play his small zimbals with them, I took him to the back stage and he played the grand finale of it.
