My heart goes out the HM The Queen who will no doubt continue to carry out her duties in her inimitable stoic way, even though she inwardly must be utterly heartbroken. God save the Queen.

A grand piece for a grand man. I was able to watch the funeral as aired in Canada (a perk of living near the border!) and it was so fittingly moving.

They say a problem shared is a problem halved. If you like music then playing something appropriate can have the same affect in my experience. Most will not remember Philip's destroyer days in the Royal Navy during WW2 but, as at the funeral, I feel an "Eternal father, stong to save ..." coming on.

You have an excellent instrument providing authentic sound, and which you play with comfortable dexterity. But, I'm sorry to clash with, I think, all the other comments, in this you play without expression, there is a lack of musicality in the performance. I'm telling you nothing new when I state the pipe organ is intrinsically the least expressive of all musical instruments, which is why you have all the stops there (and at least one division with a swell pedal). An apt description of a pipe organ is 'a box of whistles'. It is the role of the organist to tame those whistles and produce the glorious music it can provide. You make appropriate use of the manuals for 'echo' passages, but otherwise it's the same limited, although beautiful, registrations from start to (almost) finish. I wouldn't suggest you going to the other extreme, with registration changes every few bars, for example. But, despite the beauty of the registrations you employ, this becomes monotonous but for the last few bars. [Possibly atypical for you considering the extent of your activity and the size of your following.]
