Just a tip guys. To taste the true taste of "halo-halo", you have to mix all the ingredients first, even the toppings. When it's mixed, it's like a shake drink, then eat it. It's not satisfying when you eat it bit by bit without even mixing it first, because the term "halo-halo" means mixed.

You went to the right place, guys. It's the hospitality that counts. When we cook we really put TLC (tender love and care) on every menu from the beginning to the end. Just like you did for the halo halo (mix-mix). Mix all the ingredients first before eating them, it helps to enhance your appetite from the last supper.

LA Rose is usually great! I'm surprised Lem is usually a better host and shows you how to eat everything (should have told you to literally mixed the halo halo). Honestly I had to skim through the video because the camera work and I didn't get along well. Keep enjoying Filipino food.
