IF I MAY SUGGESTS: Next time please tell them to DIP the sauce or vinegar just "ONCE", do not dip again to avoid people getting sick. I saw the kid really enjoyed the food but he dip it twice (w/out him noticing) and others dip again in the same vinegar. Just a friendly advice. Take care 🇵🇭

French people have great food of their own. Adding Filipino cuisine would be another great selection. France is not totally ignorant about Asian food. But I don't believe they ever visited the Philippines. Unfortunately, can't speak all Filipinos have the same discipline on preparing food. Here in Arizona not whole lot Filipino food to explore., just leaving it like that way. But in California n Nevada r great to eat Filipino food. The French r lucky to have u introducing Filipino food.I like the young generation, they're more open-minded to try something different. Filipino food taste great as to listen to French language. The region the philippines is in is known for spices so the moment they hear it's not spicy they think it's flavorless. Which isn't true. Filipino food just focuses on umami and sour more. That's why we need to highlight that. She made the right choice of choosing sweet bbq + vinegar there because it shows how layered filipino flavor is.
