Damnnnnn Richie cut his hair. It was finally starting to get out of the awkward phase some. If you could’ve just pulled through for another 2-3 months it would’ve been all the way out of it and looking good. That’s where most people mess up. They go all that time and then get stressed and cut it when it’s finally starting to get long.

Honestly? He looks better with the shorter hair but that doesn't mean he can't pull off the long hair. There may be awkward phases but if you actually take care of your hair and put some effort into it, the growing out process isn't that bad. He shouldn't've shaved the sides when he was growing it out I think, or at least not 1 or a 2. Leave a bit of length. I think he should've at least tried it, he came all this way and didn't even commit to the bun. And I think growing out your hair can make you more willing to try different hairstyles at longer lengths. The same drop fade quiff is a bit "basic" now. Even if you do a quiff type style I think the fade should go down to a 2 and low or not do a fade and leave a bit of length on the sides. I mean theres a reason why people keep going back to it for sure, but there are other hairstyles out there too that look good that are similar. Just my opinion but I'm not really a big fan of fades anymore.

Here's some advice on the Collegium Destroyer High's: I'm a US men's size 11.5 in modern Jordan 1s. Last summer I bought a size 44 in the Destroyer High's as both Collegium and Nordstrom recommend going half a size down. However, the size 44 was way too tight. I went with a size 45 the next time I bought a pair of Destroyer High's and they fit much better. So although they say go the next size down, as an owner of three different colorways of this model I'd actually recommend going up to the next size if you want more room.
