Surprisingly it wasn’t! The windows and balcony door were sound proof and there weren’t many bars near me. I’d say rush hour was probably the loudest times.

This studio was a bit on the pricey end because of the location (Glendale, CA - walking distance to the Americana Glendale mall). It was about $2,400 a month (gas and water were not included).

Nice apartment aesthetic. The garbage cans are an eye sore, no matter how nice they are. I placed mine inside my bottom cabinet, too. I couldn't stand to see it. Lol
