Why I sleep on the floor: 4 years on a Japanese Futon

I have spent almost the past 4 years sleeping on the floor on a Japanese Futon. I want to share with you my journey, the benefits but also the negative sides in the hopes to clarify and help anyone that considers joining the floor crew :)
