Fun post. I've got a roughly equal sized downstairs "single family" house unit but with a 6'x8' ~3 1/2' H bed loft in a good but not great neighborhood in The City. I pay ~$1K more.

@@voicekwon Yup! ​ Btw when I was down for the 88 rising Head in the Clouds event late last year, I checked out Pasadena, Glendale, etc. I used to have friends in the area back in the 70's and 80's! I still like quite a bit of Altadena, etc...
