This melody is infectious! If you've seen our cover of "Shallow" from a few weeks ago, you probably know that we fell in love with "A Star is Born" and Brady Gooper (Lady Gaga + Bradley Cooper??). We loved hearing her interpretation of "La Vie En Rose" in the movie and were inspired to do our own. We love the way this arrangement turned out and we're excited we can perform this for years to come :)

@@bethedwards2205 I struggled too for a while, but eventually something just clicked. I started a year after everyone else in my class so I had to work a little extra hard, but that extra work really paid off. I'm second chair next to the conductor's daughter now and nobody can touch me ;)

@amihere3836 жыл бұрын
@@bethedwards2205 I struggle with that even after playing for 7 years! My teacher never properly taught me so i've always just held it like a violinist, the way I was first shown. The way I'm supposed to hold it makes me feel like I'll drop it, like I don't have enough leverage to play hard. I suppose it's just a preference, whichever feels most comfortable.

Wonderfully arranged and played! This invokes both happiness and sadness. It can be a song that validates my choice of a soul mate, made when I was 24, and now we dance together after 41 years cheek to cheek and move slowly to the beauty of this great song, or, it takes me to World War II and I feel sad for all the suffering of the American GI's who were never able to come home to this fabulous land of ours. Whatever it makes you feel, it must be profound--quite a delightfully lovely collaboration for us all to enjoy in our own ways.
