There has long been a rivalry between Los Angeles and New York, but where does it come from? We wanted to explore this topic, so we sent a camera crew to talk to kids in both cities. We asked kids in L.A. what they think about New Yorkers and we asked kids in New York for their opinions of Los Angelenos and the result is this very special kids menu edition of "LA vs New York"

Im from Oregon and I can relate too. Been to California once and New York once. So damn dirty and crowded its not even funny. Been to Texas once and it was such a better trip because people were nice there unlike people in big cities. Even though it was 100 degrees it still beats rats in hotels in New York and the millions of drunk and oblivious people in California. Id also add New york was worse though because they were so rude it was not even funny. Its actually amazing how some of these kids even have knowledge on any difference between the two cities at that age.. some of it is spot on, at least as a stereotype, which is impressive that kids this young would be able to even pick that up

The best thing about having been to both cities, the kids visiting LA from NY were some of the sweetest and most multi lingual. The kids visiting NY from LA had a much better time than they could have imagined but they'd go back to LA and trash talk NY. LMFAO ! New Yorkers don't expect you to assimilate, they expect you to show your true colors ! LA expects you to be absorbed into their ways and completely bow down to their high sense of self importance. There was only 3 good experience for me in LA and two in SF that I can recall. But every experience in NY are unforgettable. Brings tears to my eyes how much I miss NY. ❤ my American friends and fam so much ! Keep well always ......
