It's a huge water storage tank which is being covered over with high fidelity synthetic grass i believe. Yes it's incredibly cool! Wait until you see it finished!

Don’t get me wrong this mansion is very impressive but I’m wondering if they have a panoramic view on the sea. As this mansion seems to be slightly lower than Heaven 11 I have a doubt cause Heaven 11 as an insane view.
