you know, guys, one things truly confuses me.... how should a far longer lif make sense if we don´t find a way to reverse the decline of our dopamine receptors, meaning, our capacity to experience joy? It is known by research that every decade people lose a bit of their experience to feel true joy during their acitivites. It´s similar like many men watching porn can´t have Sex anymore for several months with anything different that a true Supermodell woman. So, will brain research also help us to keep the dopmaine receptors receptive like the ones of children? If yes, then we can prevent from feeling too bored with long life.

Still developed an eye issue and heart issue. If age can't be reversed than please someone prove that there is an afterlife when my body does quit on me.

@@UHFStation1 I've heard Alkaline centered diets keep us young and healthy on the inside for the longest, what was your diet like prior to 27? What about your diet now, what's a typical meal for you now, how many calories, do you fast? Intermittent fast? Eat mainly Grass-Fed meats or go for just the cheaper meats (that are more common) at Grocery stores (at least in a America) Do you actually have a certain diet you follow (Paleo, Keto, Vegan etc.) or you just eat whatever and try to eat "Healthy" in general (which is what I notice most people do.) I'm really interested as you can see lol. I've been looking at Health since I was like 13 and realized I needed to shed some serious fat off my body because I realized it wasn't normal.

@@hedgehogthesonic3181 there is no way you can satisfy the ego/mind. you will run out of things that excite you. the things that give you extreme pleasure seem very mundane to you after some time. just look at some examples, when you buy your favourite car, you adore it for days/months, love driving it. after some time, it is just another vehicle. you fall in love, very exciting for some time, then where does the excitement go (people get seperated because they grow out of it). you constantly give your mind some positive feedbacks such as new clothes, instagram likes , casual sex to make it happy again. ever wondered what happened there, it got boring again and again. when you have unlimited time, at one point you will realise what is the point of all of this. then the unlimited life will actually seem like burden. everybody will realise it at some point eventually.

San junior You have to keep in mind that the human race will evolve, we are not going to be this fragile bags of meat forever, we will eventually merge with machines to become more smarter and better in every aspect. I would not say that, even if you get bored you actually won't want to die problably, you will just don't really care and try to find something to do, the universe is too big so there are going to be a lot of stuffs to do for a long time.
@SS-lp8fu6 жыл бұрын
this is fundamental property of mind to seek new adventures, Once it is externalized, it will always seek new adventures and things; you are right in that context. However big issue is with the entity called mind/ego is that only way for it to flourish is to seek something pleasurable, it will always want more and more of it, this is called addiction, be it drugs, money, power. However there is always a limit in physical world. you can cater to drugs which are closure to highest limit, but then you become addicted. I have some close friends who have vast wealth and power (at least compared to normal people). They have been through exploitation of people, drugs, gambling, sex and every thing accessible to humans. Once they have tasted the highest pleasures possible, the mind looks something more thrilling to be happy. There is no end. This is fundamental property of mind, you just cannot escape it. it is like bottom less pit. Eventually there comes a point when you desperately try to satisfy it and fail. Then it comes to picture that what is the use of it. I'm very sure people will try to extend their lives but eventually realize that there is no use.

@@johnniejay do you think we will be able to rejuvenate important parts of the brain too? I mean let´s look at people´s feel for experiences. When they are a child, they can enjoy most things. But once they get used to all sorts of things, their dopamine receptors start to get less sensitive, thus experiencing less joy even during Sex over time. Do you think we can solve this too by enhanced brain research?
@johnniejay4 жыл бұрын
@@howmathematicianscreatemat9226 It is currently impossible to say of course, as the scientific community still has such little understanding of how the human brain stores what we refer to as memories and experiences. Now, can I envisage a mapping of the human brain unlocking these mysteries, similar to the genome project? Absolutely, and my understanding is that George Church and staff are already in the formative stages of such an endeavour. Certainly, I think there is scope for some form of permanent chemical re-balancing within the body - we already achieve this through prescription and recreational meditation. How feasible it will be to do this to a biologically elderly patient for a seemingly indefinite timespan is really anyone's guess at this stage however.

Cenk was totally outgunned intellectually by Ben Shapiro. Another great TYT sucks moment was when *Ana was body shaming Alex Jones*, and all videos people made of her hypocrisy after that event. Not to mention *Jimmy Dore, who I actually like, spit on Alex Jones during that same altercation,* which constitutes assault or attempted murder (as inmates are charged who spit on their guards). Word is Alex Jones declined to press charges proving he was the more mature man in the entire group. Jimmy later expressed regret for his actions and has been on the outs with TYT since 2016. *In conclusion, TYT sucks.
